How to file a claim

If your package is lost or damaged, you can submit a claim through Xcotton Claims Center.

Option 2: Email Access

After purchase, you will receive an email titled:

“Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully”

Click the link in the email to access the claims center directly.
