Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We stand by our products and offer return, exchange, or refund services for products with verified manufacturing defects or transit damage if you are located in the European region.

Return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the order was created.

All sales are final if you purchased a Waydoo product outside of the European region, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Products under the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • Products returned for personal preference, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or any other non-quality-related reason. 
  • Does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.   
  • Any defect or damage of the product caused by improper use of or unauthorised modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
  • Power battery and hand controller (with battery cell inside) can not be returned in some countries.
  • On sale items or gift cards.
  • The return request is not sent to Waydoo within the required calendar days.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date the order was created to request a return or exchange for a product with a verified quality issue.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Approved returns resulting from verified manufacturing defects or transit damage will not be subject to a restocking fee.
  • We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of items in good condition.
  • We are only responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the products with manufacturing defects.
  • Items from different orders cannot be returned with the same package.
  • Please DO NOT return any damaged products unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it may delay us in resolving your issue.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us at sales@waydoo.com within 30 calendar days from the date the order was created.Our support team will verify your request.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?

Please contact our support team through support@waydoo.com with the following information if you think you have received a defective product:

  • The invoice number of the purchase.
  • Your name and address.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Any further information reasonably requested by Waydoo to verify and support your request.
  • DHL claim reference number and any evidences that may help to verify the item is damaged during transit. (If applicable)

If you suspect the item is damaged during transit, please first file a claim with DHL before contacting Waydoo support team. Please make sure that you save all evidences that may help to verify your case.

Our support team will verify your request. Waydoo reserves the right to inspect and verify all reported defects before approving any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request.

REFUND POLICY

We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds only for products with verified manufacturing defects or transit damage. Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date the order was created.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must have a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage and proof of purchase must be provided.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will issue a refund within 72 hours. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method and notified by email. Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us via sales@waydoo.com
