A special thank you to Leo, who went above and beyond to help us get our Waydoo Subnado delivered in time for our holiday.

We placed our order on August 7th, but due to stock issues, we were offered an alternative, which also came with a very nice discount. Thanks to Leo’s excellent follow-up, fast responses, and detailed communication throughout the process, we received the Subnado at home on August 13th. First test in the pool was already amazing and my son's first YouTube review.

I purchased my second Subnado and used it with my family and then as a tandem set up so that I could experience real speed. Can’t wait to take it back to Hawaii and go through the Waimea Bay rock tunnel. This allows to navigate through tighter spaces without the need for wide strokes with arms and legs for acceleration.

The reason this isn’t a 5 star rating is because I weigh 220lbs. I used 2 subnado’s, tested their 25 yard split times to see how fast they are: Here are the results……Speed 1:(23.11sec.) Speed 2:(16.71sec.) Speed 3:(12.16sec.) Speed 1: is useless for a man weighing 200+lbs. It just doesn’t do the job. Speed 2: also isn’t much fun. It’s better than nothing. Speed 3: is a whole lot of fun. However, it doesn’t last long enough. I’m being very critical. These are really fun toys. They are great for spear fishing. The only way, to wear these is on your legs. They are absolutely great when you have them harnessed around your calves. They are also fun on your arms. Speed 3, still isn’t as fast as a great pair of flippers. I’m hopeful that Waydoo creates a new Subnado Pro that puts out double the propulsion! These would be epic! Overall: These are an absolute blast. If you have kids. BUY THEM! ALL ADULTS: MUST BUY 2. 1, just doesn’t have the power. GREAT FUN. Travel friendly, super easy to charge, easy to use, easy everything. Beautiful design. Thank you for your product! Super cool!

I lost the use of my legs due to Covid. I could not propel myself underwater scuba diving. With over 700 dives, that was devistating for me. I saw the add for Waydoous and gave it a try. I bought 2 so that I could do multiple dives in a day between charging. THEY WORK PERFECTLY!! Way easy to carry, handle and use under the water. Waydoous have restored my ability to scuba dive.

It has a good amount of thrust. Don't compare it to a 75 lb. propulsion vehicle. However, it weighs only six pounds and provides travel friendly thrust that can stretch out your swim or dive to get you out to the reef or down the river. I have traveled with it overseas in my daypack several time and never got hassled in airport security. I take it out snorkeling on the beach and everyone wants to try it. I use it to get me down to the bottom leaving me with more bottom time to take pictures and quickly come back up. I can scoot on over to the next area with little effort and shoot back down to the bottom. I have used in during seaches wearing full dive gear to glide over my grid area faster. It has been well worth the money.

There is a lot of power in these units. I bought two for snorkeling and SUP. I can also share one with my wife if I need to. The customer support is perfect. The YouTube videos accurately show what they can do.

The Subnado Scooter feels quality made and powerful enough to move me along in the water for snorkelling. I have a shoulder issue this scooter will help and enhance my enjoyment without to much discomfort that i find in swimming.

It is a fantastic gadget, but the battery failed after 2 days of use... We hope the guarantee will work!

I’ve used the Subnado a few times now and I have mixed feelings about it. It’s definitely fun — but only when using the high-speed mode. The problem is that this mode drains the battery very quickly (you get maybe 10–12 minutes max), and selecting it is not exactly intuitive or convenient.

Another issue: the device has negative buoyancy, which means if it stops mid-swim, it sinks — and swimming with it becomes awkward and tiring. For something this small, that’s surprisingly annoying.
Without any obvious reason now and then it didnt start from the first press.
Battery life overall feels short. Not sure if mine is underperforming or if that’s just how it is, but it’s something to consider.

On the plus side, the compact size is amazing — super easy to travel with, and I love how lightweight it is. But performance-wise, it leaves you wanting more. A great idea with a lot of potential, but not fully there ye

I bought two of these (one for each wrist). The thrill of zipping around at the bottom of the ocean is impossible to articulate. I feel like a kid again. Get two and two fast chargers. Worth every penny.

A perfect scooter. Very good quality, low weight and fast. Unfortunately I ordered one I should have ORDER the two SCOOTERs

We've only been able to try these once, but so far, so good! They were easy to operate and fun in calm water. We tried them in waves first but that was not good for a first test. In flat water there is plenty of power on the #2 setting and the turbo setting was great fun. My daughter got cold very quickly even with a 5mm good quality wetsuit but the water is still cold here in the UK. We are really looking forward to trying these in some good snorkelling spots in North Wales this summer.
The trigger could be improved to be a more positive action switch. Sometimes it was hard to keep it pressed.
Build quality seems good and the waterproof seals around the connectors and charging ports seem good.
Battery life was as expected... around an hour. This will become too short once we are used to it and more people want to have a go!

So far, I have only had one chance to try out my new Subnado - Underwater Scooter, but so far, I'm loving it.

I tested it's power, whilst diving with a buddy in Scotland. Both of us were wearing dry suits and my buddy held on to me in a side-by-side position, so we were presenting a fair amount of drag, yet the Subnado was still able to pull us both at a normal finning pace (even though we were not finning). So, very impressed.

Looking forward to taking it with me on holiday to try it in warmer waters..
