Shipping Information

After you have successfully placed your order on Waydootech.com, your order will be confirmed within 5 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact sales@waydoo.com.

Shipment Processing

For deliveries within the European Union, orders are shipped from our European warehouse, primarily via DHL or DPD.

The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, with FREE SHIPPING on orders of €99 or more (does not apply to Flyer EVO and related products).

Any customs duties, carrier service fees, redelivery charges, or other additional charges incurred during shipping or delivery are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by free shipping.

Please note that Waydoo Flyer EVO series products are shipped via truck freight due to their size and weight. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
